Your suppliers send all materials to our secure warehouse. We take all finish materials. Most builders send lighting and plumbing fixtures, tile, and furniture.

We Receive, Inspect, and Track All Materials

Once your materials arrive at our facility, our team opens boxes and inspects, photographs, and logs all items. If anything is miss or damaged, we let you know within 48 hours to eliminate any replacement downtime.

Step 02

We Deliver When You Need them

Shoot us a call, text, or email when you need materials on site, and we'll have them there within 24 hours. We'll coordinate delivery windows with your PMs so you have what you need when you need it.

How does pricing work?

Pricing consists of 3 main buckets: Storage, Material Management, and Delivery.

Storage is priced per square foot. Material management is a flat rate per project per month. Delivery fees are per delivery, with a rush option included. There is a one-time setup fee only applicable if you have existing materials that need to be moved to our warehouse. Call or text 817-632-4685 for specifics.

Do you receive and store large building materials like lumber?

We don’t handle any structural or mechanical materials. Only finish materials like tile, fixtures, appliances, furniture, etc.

Our builders generally have us receive and store their tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, kitchen appliances, high-end furniture, etc.

What areas of DFW do you serve?

We serve the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including all surrounding suburbs and municipalities. If your job sites are in DFW, we deliver there. Call us to confirm coverage for your specific sites.

What happens if my material arrives damaged?

We photograph and document every inbound shipment on arrival. If something arrives damaged, you are notified immediately.

How do I get my suppliers to ship to your facility?

We'll give you a facility address and receiving protocol to forward to each supplier.

Am I locked into a contract?

We offer month-to-month and longer-term agreements.

What if my project volume changes mid-month?

We'll recalculate your rate as volume increases or decreases.
